Terms of Use
These terms apply to everyone who uses VIRPrep. By creating an account, signing in, or buying access, you agree to them.
1. Your license
- Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable license for individual exam preparation. Your account, access code, and password are for your use only.
- An account can be signed in on a limited number of devices at once. Signing in on another device may sign out the oldest one.
- Access runs for the period you were granted or paid for, and ends automatically on its end date.
2. Our content is copyrighted
The questions, answer explanations, study guide, flashcards and all other material on VIRPrep are owned by VIRPrep and protected by copyright. You may use them only for your own personal exam preparation.
You may not:
- copy, download, scrape, record, screenshot in bulk, or otherwise collect the content;
- share, post, publish, sell or distribute it, including in study groups, chats, forums, documents or other apps or courses;
- use automated tools, scripts or bots to access VIRPrep;
- use the content to build or train another product or service.
3. Account monitoring
To protect our content and our members, we monitor account activity, including sign-ins, devices, and usage. We may limit or suspend accounts that show signs of credential sharing, automated access, or copying of content.
4. If these terms are broken
We may suspend or end access without a refund if an account is shared, the content is copied or distributed, or VIRPrep is misused. We may also take legal action and request removal of copied material wherever it appears.
5. Refunds
Purchases come with a 7-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. This doesn't apply to access ended under section 4.
6. Not affiliated with ARRT®
VIRPrep is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT®). We don't guarantee any exam result. Content is for exam preparation only and is not medical advice.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email or in the app.
